Highly recommended. What first sold me on having Arthur as my agent to buy my first house was his no-pressure approach to his services. He immediately understood my needs (large lot with ADU potential, relatively quiet, turn key condition or needing a few relatively inexpensive upgrades). He is very inventive in terms of showing what can be done to a property. And, he has his own RE investment experience. When he got crazy busy (as this market demands), he had a very capable assistant agent help with some of the showings. This my search continued uninterrupted. Wait, there’s more!
