Arthur came recommended through a friend, who had so many nice things to say about him I was actually a bit skeptical. I shouldn't have been. He was even better than advertised. First of all, he is extremely patient. My wife and I were new to the whole process and he took the time to walk us through everything, answering all our questions in detail (and we had a lot). He was in no rush to get us into a place either, knowing these things can take time. Second, he is quite simply one of the most pleasant human beings ever. Very friendly and accommodating, never pushy, someone who you feel isn't happy unless you're happy. Third, and to that point, he really went the extra mile for us in so many ways, taking extra time with inspections, providing solid recommendations for third-party vendors, and when the time came, negotiated a great deal for us on our property. He really seemed to know what he was doing in all aspects of the process, and perhaps most importantly, was very good at communication - he kept in touch with us constantly to let us know the latest. Now I've basically become my friend in singing his praises, ha - would highly recommend him to anyone.

Art is beyond amazing. It was nerve-wracking for me as a first time homebuyer on a limited budget. That did not stop Art from giving me his full attention, going through all the details, explaining things in a way I could understand, negotiating with the bank and partners to get the best deal and close on time. From start to finish, AWESOME! No wonder he is in the prestigious gold circle of Berkshire Hathaway. I feel so blessed that I have Art as realtor. I would give Arthur 6 stars if I could. Excellent, experienced, professional...just a great guy a a terrific asset for anyone in a real estate transaction. I would highly recommend Arthur to anyone.Here are some specific examples of why he is great:
1) On the ball. Almost always takes your call. If he is busy with another client he text me back immediately to see if he can call me back a little later.
2) Was almost always on time.
3) He would follow up with just about everything with the Buyer’s agent.
4) He did the buyer’s agents work for her in some instances.
5) He had a great escrow team. We closed escrow early even.
6) He went above and beyond for showing the house to prospective buyers. He had a special features list, flyers, and business cards on display at all times. He brought gloves and masks and hand sanitizer during the crisis. Before the crisis he had an open house for brokers.
7) He is easy to communicate with. He is easy going. Works well as a team.
8) He cares, no lies, no exaggerations, no excuses.
9) He was responsible. He always locked everything and kept the property secure before he left.
10) He spent 4 hours on the key hand-off after escrow closed because I couldn’t be there because I’m high risk for the Coronavirus pandemic. He FaceTimed with me and the buyers to help transfer the passwords and logins to the buyers for the home security system, lighting control system, myQ garage door, changing combinations to the lock box. Discussing how to change the WiFi network settings, how to operate the pool and pool heater, remote control of the HVAC system, etc. etc. ....and he did it with a great attitude the entire process.

In early 2022, Arthur helped us both sell our home and buy a new one. Arthur has a rare combination of talent and modesty. On one hand he is highly experienced, sophisticated, and detail oriented. But on the other hand, he never loses perspective, always having his clients’ needs top of mind—gently guiding with his trademark calm and thoughtful approach.
